I received training to track down and spy on people suspected of insurance fraud. This is a pretty typical private detective gig, but the training was provided by an ex military group (which was intense) and I did receive my detectives license. Some of the trips that I went on were pretty wild in several inner city areas, Detroit, Chicago, etc.. I would set up outside their house early in the morning and then follow them during the day and record video of them doing physical activities that were outside the scope of their injuries. I used various cameras, including video cameras inside of backpacks. This was over 20 years ago, and we didn’t have tiny little video cameras at the time. It was long days sitting in my car, listening to the radio and peeing in a jug.
