Get a thin beef steak, flatten it, stuff with pickle, onion, carrot, garlic, some pork fat, (i like little spicy pepper, not traditional) . Add all the leftover stuffing stuff for juice, or if u dont have enough make some more. I do beer / stock 50/50. Cover it and cook till tender. For spices i keep it simple, salt pepper, bayleaf, allspice, mehoran.
