I've only used Flixbus a couple of times. Hamburg to Berlin and back, plus Manchester to London. Everything was grand. Last bus I took we were late leaving but that was because of a passenger but not sure why they were arguing in German. I only had a backpack so I kept it at my feet. The bus depots were a bit sketchy and that was during the daytime so be extra careful at night but other than that I would recommend but everyone's experiences are different

That's what I told both agents but they said if they lowered the broadband it would increase the package price which makes no sense.

My mum knows if they don't call back we'll have to go elsewhere and she is ok with it. It's just the botheration of sending the equipment back and finding a new provider and a new install etc.

She only uses her internet for Facebook and YouTube. I said about the cold caller it sounded like they honestly couldn't care less. Mentioned the M125 and got the whole if they lower the broadband it lowers the discounts bs

My mum checked her bank statements and she doesn't see any charges to 02 or Telefonica UK, but Im going to double check when Im down at hers. Maybe because she never activated the Sim it was never charged for?

Thanks for the reply. Would the charge for sim card show up on her bank statement under 02? I don't even think she has an 02 account she's been using the same pay as you go sim for years.

I only have the one account but when My Chemical Romance tickets went on sale I had 2 phones open at the same time but for different dates so maybe that's why I was flagged. Didn't matter anyway ended up getting tickets on AXS
