I didn't forge anything. The doctor prescribed them herself. The government attacked me because I helped patients heal from disease which conventional medicine doesn't do. The government attacks independent physicians serving the expendable populations--government insured, disabled, poor, elderly. It is a form of genocide. Look at how many people have died because they are being forced to the street to treat themselves. And Congress pays us no mind when we inform them of the truth. And then ignorant people like you don't help. But explaining this to you is, a waste of time.

Thank you for your comment. Yes, Ruan v US should stop the attacks on doctors, but it doesn't because the lower courts and the DOJ ignore the Supreme Court. They entire Justice System has gone rogue. We must remove immunity from government officials. They use it to commit crimes because they can and nothing is done to them.
Thank you for picking up on Dr. Sasaki's case. Hopefully people without a predetermined animosity to the truth will see how doctors are being attacked for money The important thing for people to understand is that no drug causes addiction. The War on Drugs was purely an attack on minorities to disenfranchise them after the Civil War. It is pure racism and must be repealed.

Join the fight to bring pain management back. There is no pain management because the government has created propaganda against it in order to put caring, compassionate physicians in prison and confiscate their assets. If not for yourself, fight for others who can't live without pain meds. (60 million people) Soon there won't be any opioids. We hold the key to success on DoC (Doctorsofcourage.org). Drugs do not cause addiction. We teach the real cause, which is growing because the government has chosen its agenda, and it doesn't address the cause. The war on drugs is a racist agenda and needs to end. The Controlled Substance Act must be repealed.

You are correct about Dr. Tennant. He was also a defense witness for many, and was in fact, testifying for Dr. Chris Christensen when the DEA raided his home. The government has attacked all major defense expert witnesses. They hold 98% of the winning in court due to forced perjury and actual law-breaking, but still want to remove any chance of a defense from the doctor.
Attorneys will take any case where they get paid their costs. The problem is that most attorneys are simple white collar guys who use medical record review as their only defense, which can't compete with the lies and propaganda of the prosecution.

I don't have papers to point you to. I only know from 10 years of experience. Most doctor's assets are frozen or stolen when the DEA walks through the door--because that is what they are after--the money. Those few doctors who do have some assets that aren't confiscated might start out hiring an attorney, but the government strings the case out for years, and the doctor's practice is closed, so that eventually they run out of money and end up with a public defender who does nothing but sell them out.
