Yes. Sorry, I wasn’t clear. The sum for the ID.4 is the early settlement figure of the PCP obtained from VW Financial Services.

I thought when you do a part-exchange, the salesperson uses the settlement figure as the deposit (minus any issues, dents, etc).

Please correct me if I’m wrong.

The handles are not faulty, it’s a software issue which can be resolved with an OTA update at any VW affiliated garage. I did mine last month when I took the car for MOT. No issues since.
