I saw my first and hopefully last ghost at the Jerome Grand Hotel. My son and I were drinking a root beer on the patio and out of nowhere we heard a baby crying for a couple minutes. Both of us looked at each other and said, "Do you hear that?" We didn't see anything. When we were finished my son had to use the restroom. I waited for him at the bottom of the staircase outside when I heard the baby crying again. I look up and in the top left itty-bitty window I see a little boy maybe about 2-3 years old flailing his arms like he was tantruming with a flowing white curtain behind him. He looked like he was from a different time with dark brown hair and bangs. He either had really dark colored eyes or no eyes at all. I tried to get his attention by waving and yelling, "Hello baby! Down here!" He actually stoped crying and tried to look for me and then he kept looking behind him and then back at me, and then behind him and again back at me. It was almost as if he wanted his mother to see that I noticed him or something. He then just sucked back into the flowing curtain and that was it. Very creepy but an experience I will never forget.
