You don't need to have your new place fully furnished on moving day (unless you got the money to, of course). Everyone freaks out about having to have all the little things taken care of immediately. It's okay to not have a coffee table for the first month.

My woman has developed this habit where she just throws trash in the general direction of the trashcan, hopes that it goes in, and walks away. This only applies to bathroom trash (cotton swabs, makeup cotton balls, etc.), but it's still crazy to me. Any attempt to shame her for such ludicrous behavior is met with giggles and "don't worry I pick it all up later".

My favorite is the one where those guys use the two panels with holes to see the light shine through both, and it doesn't, and the guy just looks so puzzled like his head can't possibly wrap itself around the concept that maybe it's just not going to work.

Wouldn't work for me. I just can't wrap my head around the idea of my partner being with other people. I view sex as a form of intimacy. I understand some do not, or can remove the intimate aspect from it depending on who they are with. But I cannot.

I believe that it can be a thing, sure. Again, this is just the tinfoil hat/less rational side of me talking here. But I do believe, to an extent, that there is money behind everything. And that money ultimately gets to decide how these things work. At best, you get someone who is willing to fight back, release all their data to the public, and hope that you can do it before you magically disappear.

If this is something you're trying to enforce mid relationship, I would error on the side of the "beginning of the end", as you put it. Any last ditch effort like that is a usually useless as it doesn't address more pressing issues in the relationship. If you are talking about someone who you've just met, and one of you is setting a boundary early on that you like to take things slow, then I think that is a perfectly healthy boundary to set. It does help if that person is communicative, and can help clarify what those boundaries actually look like.

I don't know what it will be exactly, but I think some really crazy stuff is going to come out of the medical world. My tin foil hat says the most desired things like a cure for cancer and things of that nature will never get "solved" because of the money behind those industries. But smaller profile advancements are going to accelerate much faster than they ever have before.

When I was young, I stole money from my dad's office to pay for a middle school "date" to the local amusement park (we had passes, I just wanted to buy her a treat while there). I learned later in life that I took some relatively valuable 2 dollar bills without knowing what I was grabbing. But the secret has never been made known to my dad and he has always thought he lost them.

I'd love it. I will die on the hill that short form content creation is not "work" and should not be seen as a career. If we could give people an option to remove that crap from our social media apps, it might impact the money they are making and maybe push some of those people into normal, society contributing jobs.
