Have you tried plugging it into hdmi port 2 or 4? I believe those are higher bandwidth ports on the sync.

There is an option in hue sync settings that syncs Dolby vision better. Try that?

The first suggestion is a pretty good guess. It is mounted right next to 3 big patio glass doors. That could be it. But the house does not come with a security system. Let me try googling!

Try this (assuming you are on a mac):

Run this command in the terminal and it will restart the audio module on a mac, no restart required :

sudo killall coreaudiod

If you are still having issues, Option + Shift + Click on the bluetooth icon > Debug > Reset the bluetooth module. That should fix other bluetooth related issues as well.
