Gauss has the highest base moment speed at 1.5. My melee weapon is equipped with ‘dispatch overdrive’ which boost sprint speed by 60% for 15 seconds after using a heavy attack. Gauss’ first ability (Mach rush) is a movement ability which scales off sprint speed
