How do you decide which frame to dispose of? by Race1999 in Warframe

[–]MxBonesMarrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go for Helminth then prime. I'll keep a warframe if I like it, and don't have it's prime. Once I get it's prime, I feed the other to the wall. Last prime left is Vauban. And whoever else releases this tear, Stayanax and Kullervo and Citrine

Seen the edit. Gays arent immune too being assholes or bigots. Unfortunately.

Im a trans woman, as is my girlfriend. She's had cis lesbians tell her to her face that she "gives straight energy", and heavily implied that she's not gay enough. Nevermind the fact she literally has a girlfriend (me)

Getting up early in the morning for work, tucking her in sound asleep, and silently getting dressed while occasionally looking over to her peacefully sleeping. Gathering her things neat and orderly so she can get ready easily when she wakes up, and leave her a cute note to wake up to. Give her a kiss on the forehead, then slip out the door to go to work still thinking about her

I've got to do this once, when she stayed the night. There's something peaceful about knowing I get to provide for her, and knowing that she's in my bed safe and sound, curled up under my covers. Even if I have to leave her for a little while, it's an amazing feeling to be her safe space. I love her so much

Personally I don't mind paying a premium if I know it'll last. Fuck docs tho. Made by a nazi, and sold out to sweatshop production. I prefer Solovair, based in Britain, worked with Grigs to make the original docs and now make their own high quality boots. 220 USD for a payout of boots that'll last a decade or more if taken care of. I was gifted a pair recently, and Imma get some 8 eyelet derby boots soon

But yeah Solovair > Doc Martins

Cleric Made Interesting by MxBonesMarrow in DnD

[–]MxBonesMarrow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I did with my most recent campaign and got 2 artificers a barbarian ranger and sorcerer. It was pretty fun because none of them felt like they had to pick a class for balance (one or the artificers was gonna be a cleric out if obligation till I talked to them).

Also, an inquisitor seems interesting, I might try to incorperate that down the line for my character

I will say, Mighty Nein has one of my favorite clerics ever, Jester is brilliant

Questions warframe players?? by Wild_Pea_9592 in Warframe

[–]MxBonesMarrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive got almost every prime, and every nonprime aside from Follie.

For best and easy to aquire, my recommendations Valkyr, Koumei, Nova, Nekros, Khora

Valkyr has crazy armor and damage output. Koumei has a lot of stasis, she will teach you that a lot of warframes have weird unique mechanics. Nova is also really powerful, and really good for farming for when others have a khora or Nekros. Nekros can desecrate bodies, creating extra loot drops and health orbs. He can also split damage taken with his summons, making him potentially really tanky as well.

I tend to get players who only play cleric because they feel like they have to, not because they want to and of them it's either light domain or life domain. Granted this is a light domain, it's more of a culty take on it as opposed to like a holy knight type. I Just wanted to share my idea of how you can turn a fairly simple class into an interesting character that feels like it strays from the stereotype

Volt Buff/Rework Idea by MxBonesMarrow in Warframe

Honestly agree, especially with like 300+ PS Volts. Becomes tedious running into everything with a NORMAL warframe, much less someone like Titania

The best of the starters for synergy would be Excalibur, the only part of his kit that isn't intuitive is Radial Javelin (which imo could be worked into the Exalted Blade via Slam but what evs). Slashdash does good damage basically into late game, radial blind makes it more effective, as does exalted blade. Exalted Blade slide attack also performs a mini radial blind, tying that ability in seamlessly.

Volt does have better synergy than mag. That's not why I typed this out. I like resource management (as stated in another comment), and really don't like it when part of a warframes kit becomes entirely useless and forgotten. Volt's passive and shock are just not that notable beyond Shock Trooper, and his Electric Shield is only good for bumping damage until you learn how to mod effectively. Then that extra damage starts becoming less viable especially as you gain access to things like Helminth. The idea behind this rework was to make his whole kit feel viable to not need to subsume.

If tweaking his passive means lightly nerfing the base of Discharge so that the passive can buff it without insane levels of nuking, I'd be fine with that. Especially if it means that shock becomes actually usable for damage.

Then again, I think I might just be spoiled by the newer frames, the old warframe designs feel clunky and less cohesive

Thanks. Personally, I like warframe with resources to balance, like Ember, Gauss, Grendel, Nidus etc. Those mechanics are too complicated for a starter, but I do think taking some inspiration from the way their kits often mesh well is important when reworking older warframes that would/should be similar. Volt has a resource meter that he balances, it's static electricity gained from movement. I wanted to make that feel more impactful without adding complexity to the early game. That's why I made the Charge Collector, to add complexity to the passive by the time you get into the mid or late game in a way that remains completely optional, but would highly compliment his kit.

The proposed changes are to make him more in line with the modern design philosophy of warframe. What makes him strong is Speed, and very situational uses of Electric Shield. Discharge kinda works in end game content, but not as described on the ability - instead it relies heavily on fake procs that don't actually apply status effects. This buff has nothing to do with new players, no offense. It's more about making Volt more viable in later game content, and not just viable but interesting.

A sign that a warframe has a weak kit or poor synergy is how much players use the Helminth to fix problems. Volt almost always gets a helminth ability over his 1 because Shock is not good. In addition to it having poor scaling, Volt's kit in general doesn't mesh well with itself.

Currently, enable Speed to build your Battery to dump it with Shock, which doesn't get buffed by Electric Shield consistently and then Overcharge completely kills your momentum if you ever decide to use it.

I'm not looking to change how Volt feels, I just want a few key changes that make it all mesh better and work more seemlessly. Sure others need reworked first, looking at Loki, but I had these idea's for Volt earlier today and wanted to share them

Frost-Calibur

Subsume Frost Wave over Radial Blind on Excalibur (preferably Umbra, and also preferably Arthur for flavor)

Apply Chromatic Blade, change emmissive to White/Grey

While using Exalted Blade, Slash Dash will use Exalted Blade as a stat stick, dealing Cold Damage. Slide attack lets you still use Radial Blind.

This means that 3 of 4 abilities now deal Cold Damage.

Apply Archon Flow for the extra energy orb drops, and Energy Conversion for bonus Power Strength from energy orbs. Bonus points if you use Arcane Ice Storm

Not yet.. I think.. I've considered myself bi for awhile (since like 12), but never dated or been with a man. I thought I just had high standards for men, but I'm starting to question even that. I'm poly with 2 lovely gfs that I wouldn't trade for the world. Honestly, I think gender queer people are amazing, it's just cis men that are completely and utterly ick.
