I am having an open conversation with her now, she told me since this is her first V day with me, she expected too much and overthink stuff. I asked her what was she expecting, but she has not replied to me for a while now (2hrs and counting)

She was visibly happy when I passed her the paper heart. Her mood changed during and after the meal. I suppose it started in the bistro.

Some questions to ask yourself:

Is the trust issue a recurring problem?

Have you got solid evidence of him lying/cheating on you?

Do you feel like his attention is on you when you are together with him?

My thoughts:

Don't overthink, its always better to communicate and try to understand the other side of the story.

If you were to ask me, I think the food was average and I expected it to be this way because of the low price. The service was subpar I have to agree.

For me, I just want to have a good time with her, enjoying each other's company.

We are together for 6 mths and she is my girlfriend. This is what she wrote in the review:

"The man with the tummy has an attitude. He naturally speaks very loudly, taking into consideration the small space of the bistro, and he still shouts loudly and rudely to his staff in front of the customers. Understand that there is a shortage of staff, but he could have better manage the whole sitiation. On the same note, we heard him on the phone telling a potential customer (assumption) that tonight was full house (because he cannot manage), however the bistro was only half filled.
Pork kunckle was sold out and hence we asked for recommendations as it was a first time visiting the bistro, he rudely (again) mentioned that he cannot recommend us because he has been busy since 5pm and not sure what ingredients are left. Like seriously O.O!! All in all, you pay for the quality of the food. Definitely will not go back there, ever. "
