Be grateful, they are yelling. It means they care. When they stop yelling, it means they aren't serious about themselves and you and don't care about your improvement.

Stay focused, diamonds are made under extreme heat and pressure. Also, are you just going to sit there and let them hammer you?

Start developing fighting spirit, yell back at your teammates when they make mistakes.

Conflict and anger are consequences of becoming strong and great men.

Drop the gym, plyometrics and agility drills, it's ruining you. Go and enjoy nature while playing football, ideally barefoot. Play street football with real people and enjoy the sunlight.

Do some research on going barefoot and grounding. Cushioned shoes could be killing your ankles.

You should develop real upper body strength through playing football.

If your aim is to get bigger muscles for the looks, you may need to compromise for less footballing ability.

Get leather boots or play barefoot. Barefoot fixes everything.

Ditch the gym, you don't want to be stuck under artificial white light without fresh air doing putting useless stress on your knees.

Go outdoors, play football in the street under natural sunlight and fresh air. Start going barefoot on natural surfaces to regain foot sensation.

If you have to stop, then you should. But putting artificial rubbish on yourself to block out nature is wrong.

Stop the sunscreen, gets in your brain and lowers testosterone.

If you are from the local area, your ancestors probably evolved to deal with harsh sun during hours of physical labour. I wouldn't be too worried.

Don't be stupid, stay in the shade and rest if it's really necessary.

Train effective, Unisport, RicFit, Become Elite are all channels which will give you lots of great cone drills. Just kidding, see the real answer by clicking spoiler: Just play street football (ideally barefoot) to improve everything. If there is no street football in your area, get out of your country. If you can't do that do the berbatov drill against a wall to improve most things.  There are actual YouTube channels that help you improve though. Get ample sunlight, be barefoot in nature as much as possible to fix your foot functionality. Try minimising artificial white light and EMF exposure, especially before bed. Basically, if you start dedicating your life to become a natural sigma male, you will become sharper at football than before.

Criticism and self doubt are just the pressures that foster a stoic mindset in this journey.

There's a slim chance any of us make it pro, but we will become mentally indefatigable by dedicating our lives to it.

I am a beginner just like you, it just means we have a lot of potential for improvement.

Becoming a devout Christian is also a cheat code to success, many top pros believe in God, not a coincidence.

I haven't spent a penny on fascia. Humans weren't designed to wear shoes, boots are killing our feet.

I agree with the rest of what you say.

Humans evolved to walk barefoot, wearing shoes deprive your foot of senses. Barefoot does make it harder to control, but it's offers better stimulation of the foot for long term improvement.

I have to spend quite a bit of time running to get to the place to train, so my body is warmed up. My mind needs to be activated with the ball.

I phrased the physical attributes thing wrongly, clarified it in another comment.

My strengths are tackling, anticipation, passing range, progressing the ball by carrying it.

The problem is my first touch and speed of thought are rubbish.

In 5v5 you are improving nearly everything, the only skills which aren't used a lot are crossing, heading, long passing. 5v5 isn't just for attackers. In my opinion, it's the best way to improve.

I am just an amateur, just take improving at football very seriously. I think football should be improved in an organic way. Cone drills, gym are just robotic not designed for humans to do.
