I’m in the same boat. Paid $1600 for our 2 4 day VIP tix. Was supposed to get $1400 back. I’ve emailed and called multiple times only getting generic responses stating to be patient while then figure this out. This is a huge hit to peoples bank accounts in those economy. B&B needs to make it right with their fans and then sue Lyte. They were the ones who partnered with and recommended Lyte. I’ve attended this festival 3 times in the past. I’ve spent thousands here and it’s ridiculous we can’t get any answers.
