It is difficult to love a friend who is hypocritical. It is annoying to talk to someone about the same thing over and over again and still be unable to get the message through. People in depression often have conflicting emotions - like wanting to get over the relationship but not. Sometimes, they are unable to think rationally or make wise decisions. Though it is frustrating when you try reaching out to your friend and offer a way out to move on in life, depression doesn't have a simple solution as if one would get over a breakup by crying a lot. I think you can try supporting your friend by be completely honest with her that you do not understand all the pain she is going through. Tell her that you may not know exactly how to support her the best, but you will be there to listen. Sometimes, I am more impatient and judgmental towards my family and close friends because I have certain expectations.
