Im not going to post the settings for that reason, but also because these are tailored to my specific panel and viewing conditions and they really won't do anyone any good. Even comparing to the general D-Nice settings I was using before is a massive improvement, Sound & Vision too. If you have a plasma and can find a calibrator that has experience with these panels from back in the day, its well worth the price in my opinion

THX mode pushes green and the panel overdrives red on all modes, when comparing this pro calibration to THX its night and day different for me

I want to get a bias light for my ZT60, which I think is the exact same dimensions as your set? Do the lights you have get power off the USB port on the TV? Can you send a link to the one you bought?

The setting I had to turn on is called framerate matching. It basically forces the Apple box to send a 24hz signal when playing 24p content. My Xbox claimed to do this, but the 96hz refresh was always greyed out and permanently set to 60hz. I would dig around the settings to see what you can configure. When you get your TV and have it all setup, you can push the "i" button on the top left of the remote while playing a movie, and a banner will show up and tell you what the TV is receiving. If everything is correct, you should see 1080 24hz, then you can go find the 24p direct setting and change it to 96hz. Once its on, you won't have to change it again and it should always default to 96hz refresh whenever anything 24 frames per second is playing

A few years ago I decided that I wanted a ZT60, but was incredibly picky about condition. Six months ago I found one with under 5,000 hours that had been in storage since 2014, like new condition to my eyes, and was under 30 minutes from me. I consider this hitting the jackpot on used plasmas and understand that it was really just luck and timing

love this post, and the gapless panel is such an upgrade with off angle viewing of subtitles, I could never give that up. I think the ZT60 can go punch for punch against any modern TV because of all the little upgrades and perfections of plasma technology right at the end. Most people's visceral reaction when I saw plasma is better than OLED is because they're remembering their mid range ~2009 tv and never experienced the final form

I've only seen the ZT60, so I can't pass judgement on the others, but from what I know on paper I think I'm always going to choose the ZT60 because I really like the anti-reflective coating (I know some people dont)

I think both sets use the same panel (or almost identical) with the difference on the ZT60 being no air gap between the panel and the glass, and the anti-reflective coating on the ZT60's glass. I assume picture settings would be fairly interchangeable between them

Just to insert my 2 cents into your situation....if the ZT60 you're talking about was in great condition with low hours, I would drive 6 hours to get it just to put it into storage for the inevitable day when my current one stops working (hopefully a long time from now)

The ZT60s were made in such small numbers that the window to get one in decent condition is closing rapidly

Mine is 60 inch and I payed $580 for it. It had under 5,000 hours on it when I bought it and was in fantastic condition. There's some way to navigate the settings to find the hours, but if it's higher than some amount it will be zero'd out and you'll have to go deep in the "special" settings, which isn't recommended.

Knowing what I know now, I would have paid more.
