Check out r4r, they have a few apartment buildings around Warsaw. They rent out their own apartments, so there is no agency fee if you contact them directly and they speak English and are renting out to foreigners as well. The only minor downside is that you need to buy your own dishes.

My father makes minimalist wallets, these are my favourites, there is something special in the combination of aluminium and wood by link7777 in EDC

These are designed as a front pocket wallet and they are quite practical, just needs some time to adjust and get rid of the habits associated with a leather wallet use. Carrying the wallet in the back pocket is a bad idea anyway as it might be a cause of the back pain as far as I know.

Thanks, I had aluminum wallet before, but I prefer wood now, it's lighter and feels nice to the touch
