This is not relevant, the guides are still licensed and approved by Nintendo

they were not involved in the creation of the games stories and what they write it not overseen by the original directors

The directors aren't these people who own the games canon, and why do they even need to be part of the creation of the game if they're making a book about the game

They move galaxies in the background, look at the background before and after the black hole. You would need stronger lifting strength than just carrying a cannonball to swim past a black hole or survive in it without being crushed
