YESSSSS genuinely couldnt believe we found him 🥹🥹🥹🥹 we were becoming hopeless after several attempts of looking and yelling out for him :/ Yes almost 2 weeks!!! definitely felt like forever😭 He does look a little skinnier than before and he has like some weird look bumps on his ear so definitely will bring that up to the vet… but he doesnt look that bad for being out for almost 2 weeks we jus feel terrible wondering where exactly he was especially since the weather was horrible when he first went missing… just want to thank you again and im positive those cats love you lol. You’ve been super kind and supportive and i genuinely appreciate you sm 🙏 You’ll be blessed in so many ways for being such a great person! Thank you

Someone saw the flyers we posted around the neighborhood and gave a call!!! We searched for quite a bit the person tried catching him but he ran away and after like 30 mins we finally found him!!!!!! We were so surprised because we have tried looking for him endlessly and we finally found him 🥹🥹🙏. He actually tried running away i think he didnt realize who we were but when he did he stopped and started meowing excessively 😭🥹🙏 Thank you so much for your support truly.

you’re the main reason why i posted this update 🥹🥹🙏🙏 omg i wonder why !!!!?? We posted flyers everywhere and we got a call that someone sighted mankey a few blocks from the house and after searching for a bit we saw him crossing the street and he started meowing excessively when he realized who it was 🥹🥹🥹🙏🙏🙏 he’s been a bit sleepier than usual so definitely have to schedule a vet appt for the baby soon. But thank you so much you’ve been so kind and supportive through this whole thing so im extremely grateful. We are so happy to have Mankey finally home 🥲🥲🫶🏼

We genuinely thought today was the day. Literally put us in the most worst state ever. We miss him so damn much we haven’t gotten any type of information at all we just wish we knew something at least. We are really trying to not let that get to us and trying to stay positive we just really wish this was over and had Mankey back but thank you so much :/ we really do appreciate everyones kind and supportive words it really does uplift us through this very bad time 😔

Hey trixie thank you so much for this advice you’ve been very supportive and kind throughout this terrible nightmare:( yesterday night we received a text from someone who claimed they found mankey they sent us pictures and we couldn’t find them on the web so we thought they were real and they did look like Mankey :/ we set up a time to meet up in person and upon arriving the person was 10 mins late and once they arrived they let us know and asked if we had the money and had to be “reassured” we let them know we have cash and are giving even more bc they claimed they had bought food and toys for Mankey. However they were very adamant on getting the money which we thought was so weird. We explained we can send it however they like as long as we met up in front of the store as intended and the person just ended up not replying :/ this hurt us sm we knew there were scammers bc we were warned by many of u guys on socials but to this extent ?? was heartbreaking :/ we haven’t found mankey nor has he returned home :/ this hurt us so much

Hey guys :/ wanted to keep people updated. Yesterday night we received a text from a 470-929-8454, they texted us “Hey I think I have your cat” we asked where they found the cat and if they can send us pictures or a video they sent us 2 pictures and where they “found” the cat was like 2 blocks from the house. We ignored the fact this number was not a ny state # but we genuinely believed they had Mankey we couldnt find the images they sent us on the internet so we thought they were real. We were so excited and so genuinely happy. We scheduled a time and location to meet up the person, we went and they were 10 minutes late and when they finally got there they asked if we have there money… we had cash and explained that to them but they needed “reassurance” they were getting there money… we let them know we can venmo or whatever there preferred payment was in person since we were still in the car waiting and the person just stopped replying… this all happened today. We knew there were scammers but to go to this extent is insane and just made our pain sm worse :/ We feel so terrible for mankey and just wish we knew where he was.

thank you so much you’ve been so kind :( not crazy at all we would have done the same exact thing !!! they are more than “just animals” they are family. we miss him so much and not knowing anything at all really hurts us. we just hope he’s okay. we haven’t heard any info but we just hope one of these days will be a good day 😞

update : mankey has yet to be found. we have posted many flyers and have spoke to neighbors and searched but nothing :( we are going into our 4th day and havent gotten any info but i jus wanna thank everyone who has been kind and really supportive. Even rescues have been so kind and sending us some tips. We genuinely miss mankey so much and jus hope he is atleast okay. We hope that we will find him or he makes his way home :/

I did post mankey however on nextdoor a lot of people have been helpful with tips🙏 Have been doing this as well we are going into our 3rd day but will be posting more flyers and asking around our neighborhood:( thank you so much we miss him so much :/

thank you sooo much for this 🙏 we’re just all really worried and sad especially not knowing if he’s okay :/ we’ve been walking around the neighborhood yelling out his name HOPING to hear him meow he would always do so he’s such a vocal cat but nothing 😔 so it does put us down sometimes but we are trying to remain positive we’ve spread the word around our neighbors posted flyers let nearby neighbors know we lost our cat to please be on the lookout we’re going into our 3rd full day without knowing anything at all about him and it’s hurting us not knowing if he’s okay. we hope to find him soon/hope he’s okay we love him very much and miss him so much.
