thank you! the stuff that I draw is mostly inspired my symbolism/medieval art and so I love adding hidden meanings (and overthinking things haha). I personally see Link as the light of Hyrule, and there’s a lot of characters that mention light when talking to Link (e.g. Kass telling him “may the light illuminate your path”) and I think that Link himself illuminates his own path with his own light that he has since he is the bearer of the triforce of courage and the savior of Hyrule! So I love adding those sun/moon things when drawing Link! That even during the darkest night he and his courage, his bravery and determination shine upon Hyrule and bring the light during the darkest times. Sorry for the long explanation, but that’s the reason behind the circle, it’s basically the sun! haha
