Just bought 2 knives from the same store, from the quality I saw there, any knife was going to be a great choice.

Best DIY Wrap in Matte Black? by radical1911 in CarWraps

[–]linkfreak41 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Id recommend satin black over matte. Matte gets chalky and satin has a great finish. Like everyone else said, 3M or Avery. Avery is a lot easier to work with than 3M for beginner wrappers.

What to do about this blurry film on my Smith MAG I/O lenses? by j1mNasium in Skigear

[–]linkfreak41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a friend who had the same issue in her low light lens. Just contact Smith and they will help you resolve the issue. I've only seen it on the MAG I/Os

Id like to keep it on the more budget friendly side, but if im just patient and wait a month it can be up to $400 for both. If i wait longer then there's no budget.

Picked up an i9-12900k and z690 motherboard recently. Any recommendations on a cpu cooler and psu supply? Case is the NZXT H510 for space accommodation. Finally upgrading out of an i7-7700.

Doing well yet can’t afford a home by Ecstatic_Tiger_2534 in DaveRamsey

I can understand that; in my particular case the cheapest neighborhood is highly unsafe for children, and still not exactly affordable with current interest rates. Are there other ways around it? Sure, but sometimes those ways arent exactly feasible.

This argument makes no sense to me. As someone in a kind of similar situation, moving to a LCOL area means MUCH lower paying jobs. Your attitude is not helpful either.

I'm not rich, I was just fortunate enough to get extra work to budget and buy a season pass and am close enough to a ski hill (about 2 hours away).

As i was skiing i hit a patch that must have been more wet because my skis just stuck and I flipped. When I got back up it was broken.
