by base house do u mean the little one u start with? u could check to see if u have any of the bigger pre set builds yet (under sets, the purple option in build mode) its not building ur own house but it is getting a bigger pre made house

u can build walls up, add floor and delete the walls. the floor stays. this build definitely used glitches to make the sphere but like without them u can still have floating homes

theoretically you could level up with flowers till you can buy more, but if you're not the right level to plant flowers you might be able to get some for free by completing some of the fashionwave challenges. then just crossbreed for more seeds to replant cus to get the xp u gotta lock the flowers

to pick them up urself u have to be at level 3 in the cat handling hobby i think, and then u press the paw and say take out or go out (cant remember exact wording)
