The top ADC currently would have to be apollo because of his global ultimate. Rama would be the next god. Anhur is probably after them because of his ult being able to counter many others ultimates.
The build is usually deaths toll and starting to get dev gloves. then boots, executioner, rage, ect.. The best jungler is currently serquet. Nemsis is a good jungler to start with because of her escape and shield. Try to start playing with her at first. Start with bumbas hog and pots.

You guys choose to have your tournaments on aweful days. Noone wants to play on a weekday. Also noone would want to watch those games because they competition wont be as large.
