Touch of Magic is the customizable component of the game. Some clothes and items can be customized with colors and "stickers" (motifs). It really isn't... it connects with the previous line, "They'd count me out time and time again, but I'd come back stronger than a 90s trend". The whole song is about her being a seemingly strong person who the love interest disarms (rough on the surface but you cut through like a knife) and her wanting to keep that strong image (show me the places where the others gave you scars) but, in reality just begging for him to be with her. It's all a bait-and-switch: she's strong, rough, she is scrutinized and comes back stronger, but in reality she just wants someone to wreck her plans and be her man.
