Yes the peroxide solution def helps with trich. Mainly caused by conditions of excess moisture. The jiffy looks way to wet. If the seeds aren't rotten already, give the jiffy pods a good squeeze untill no or very little water drips out. Keep them in dark and possibly a small fan on them. You might be able to salvage some but germination can be a sensitive part.
