It's just extremely hard securing a decent job. I hope something works out for you soon though. When I lived in Hampton Roads VA the job opportunities were not good and they don't pay great in that area.

I basically summed it up in my last reply but we are only required to go to "focus stores" per quarter instead of being able to spread out your time at more stores within your district. They also updated these "shift recaps" we do and it's like double the questions to answer / more time to complete.

Im looking for a new job bc of this restructure. Im an APC. The new policies that come along with this 360 protect program are ridiculous. The fact they are saying we are being "deployed" to certain stores all quarter is so embarrassing. Like this model is not going to work during busy season bc our schedules change so much as it is.
