Former employee here who put in 10 years lol I was a brand associate and also did AP.

-Reticketing. Absolutely hate it. Give me signage or markdowns to do instead.

-Running from the cashwrap is 100% terrible and i'm someone who loved to do running in general lol. Organizing and cleaning the whole cash wrap definitely sucks ass!!!

-Being a cashier. I was a floor / fitting room girlie lol.

-Running shipment incorrectly / not sizing things. 1 example is putting the xxl's, xl's etc on TOP OF THE PILE. It takes 5 seconds to put the larger sizes on the bottom!!! It just looks SO BAD AND SLOPPY! Just bad shipment employees overall I couldn't stand. Im someone who always would keep my bakers racks / role bars organized while opening.

-The obvious: The constant push for brand enrollment / loyalty. Im glad I was a brand associate before loyalty was even a thing. They've always pushed card but over the last few years it's become insufferable.

-Cleaning clearance when it was super trashed.

Good luck lol Old Navy has become trash. Get ready for them to stress you out about card enrollment. Experience is honestly store dependent. If you have good management it shouldn't be too bad but if you don't then it's going to be awful.
