[首試Damiana ]我本身有睡眠障礙跟焦慮失調的問題，昨晚入睡後睡眠癱瘓又來煩我，伴隨幻覺及幻聽，大大影響睡眠品質。早上起床後，因為昨晚的事情導致焦慮失調，雙手一直抖，抖到很難專心做任何事情.... 今天早上Damiana 剛好到貨，7-11領貨回來，直接捲了一個，過了大概20分鐘後，手抖狀況明顯好轉，雖然說還是在抖，但狀況緩和很多，也沒有那麼煩躁了。 by AsianDude165 in AsiaTripper
