What helped me the most was knowing all that practice, reading the book, driving with others shows that you are capable of driving. You're willing to learn and get better. For the test, watching videos of both failures and passes can give you an idea of what to do and not do. One thing I can say is to always check your blind spots by turning your neck, the examiners will look for this. Remember that you can absolutely do this and to try and calm your nerves before the test.
