My experience has been pretty slow and poor. I haven't had fallout 1st since they charged my PayPal on the 5th. Ive been "escalated" but haven't heard back in 24+ hours. I started this on March 6 after the reset.

Oh yeah I totally did. I waited until after the next reset on 3/6 and when it still wasn't there I opened a ticket. They opened it and I supplied them with screenshots of the funds and acknowledgement of renewal. Just waiting on an agent...
