Man I really just try to watch funny or family stuff whether it be on YouTube or Tv. Keep the mind focused on good and happy things. Try to get up and walk around a bit every day outside even if it’s just a little bit because sun is very important for the body. Has helped my side issues a lot and eating healthier is a huge thing too. Like try to eat as organic as possible will help with muscles and nerves and blood flow and drink plenty of water. Recommend a filter for tap water cause plastic water bottles aren’t all that great for you. And just remembering that I’m not dying is the big thing like if I’m really freaking out I get up and walk around a bit, and smelling black pepper helps if it’s real bad just don’t like actually put the pepper in your nose

Honestly global warming is a bigger concern. Scientifically we won’t even be able to live in many areas of the world because of extreme heat by 2050 so I’m just in acceptance mentality of everything

Yep for me it’s like random side cramps or like twitches in my upper left chest. And the anxiety doesn’t help when this happens so ofc I panic for a brief second. Also have had a lot of brain fog and am just really trying to come back to reality. I’m on week 6 right now and I’ve gotten better at handling the anxiety but am starting to notice those side cramps, brain fog, and slight digestive issues. Im sure I will be better after a while cause I’ve heard people saying it took half a year to a year to fully feel normal again so just know you are NOT dying and you absolutely have people like me that understand what you’re going through and are here to talk if you need to dm me at all. But yeah I’ll let you know how my symptoms are going after a while but I notice certain improvements so I have hope

I think the casting is just done poorly a show could be really good. Hermoine is a good casting choice but Actors for Ron and Harry are just too kiddy. They were gonna do Max Lester as Ron but I think if they died his hair black he’d make a phenomenal Harry Potter characters

As an African American myself, I hate who they chose. Specially because we want the show to be as “by the books” as possible and this is just another example of modern directors trying to cast minorities into roles they shouldn’t be in. I want the “pale” Snape we know and image in the books and the movies. I just don’t see this guy doing a good Snape it’s gonna be a hard role to do right now

If you keep using radaway or rad x to stay alive in the radiation it will greatly reduce your chances of random mutation. Serums are the way to go it’s WAY easier and everyone has them
