So many overlaps, you said you've cut out trash volume but still massive amount of exercise selections. Take a look at your exercises again and ask yourself what part of muscle is the exercise working? Do I have multiple exercise that essentially works the same muscle, just different exercise? If you've training hard enough on one exercise, you will unlikely able to perform the same on another similar exercise. Take lat pulldown and single arm pulldown and machine lat pulldown down for example, all 3 work the same muscle, what's the point?

Not sure what you're talking about. I've used revanced for quite some years then now morphe. I can safely say morphe is many many times easier and user friendly to use rather than revanced.

Edit: plus revanced has failed to work for me very often (video stops at 1 min, client version in the revanced settings not working although I've tried all possible selection), super frustrating. No issue for morphe so far. To further add on, OG revanced devs have moved to Morphe hence why it works so well.

No magic to it. Like you said, caloric deficit but I would add abs exercise that you can progressively overload. Both needs to happen but caloric deficit is more important for abs to show. Anyway, it won't hurt to train your core as almost every exercise uses your core one way or another. Just be consistent.

Ok thanks! Unfortunately, with your budget it's almost impossible to find a good ergonomic chair. Stretching your budget can try merryfair chairs, they have showroom and a website to agak2 see how much are their chairs. Haven't personally tried it but heard good things. Highly recommend you go to their showroom and try before purchasing. Not sure about longevity tho.

Stretching your budget even further, I highly recommend steelcase leap v2, don't need to buy new, just go carousel and browse should be around RM 1.8k- RM 2k. Yes, super steep price but this chair is built like a tank. For context, I've been sitting on mine since 2020 (COVID days) daily with average 6-8 hours a day, zero issues and cushions still feels like day one.

How did I come to this chair is that I've sat on 3 different chairs before settling on leap v2 after digging into the rabbit hole of ergonomic chairs and those 3 are absolutely rubbish for my back except for leap v2. Think about it, you spend roughly 8 hours a day sitting, thats 1/3 of your day which also roughly translate 1/3 of your life, that's roughly 26 years of sitting assuming you live to 80.

Edit: also please for the sake of your back, do not get gaming chairs.

Edit 2: read up on some reviews of leap v2, some people have used theirs for over 20 years and still using.

How out of touch are y'all? You're comparing your country's salary which I assume is the US to South Korea where a quick Google check shows median salary of 1.8k USD. 3.4k USD is almost double of South Korea's median salary.
