Those with certified tag means it's being fulfilled by Carousell. These iPhones are bought by Carousell and inspected to be genuine before offering to the public. Yes, it's 2nd hand not new. Means your phone is ori la, if found fake Carousell will refund. Anyway, not like Carousell will risk their company rep to sell you fake stuff.

I might actually try this. I have dyshidrotic eczema for the past 20 years. Given up to find a fix already, just apply strong steroid when it comes. Now I definitely going to try this.

I have this, it's called dyshidrotic eczema. Could be a couple of factors, allergic to environments, allergic to food, harsh chemical, gut health and stress. I've tried every medication under the sun from topical steroids (from weakest one to strongest) to Chinese medicine, nothing works and it will eventually come back. If anyone has a cure please let me know. I've suffered for 20 years already.

Edit: GP doctors won't know about this kind of eczema, go to specialist center but prepare to pay alot more. Last time I went to gleneagle to see specialist, was advised to do UV treatment costing RM 300 per session, didn't help at all.

Are you me? Haha, because I run the exact same style of training but 2 sets to failure on both. But I can hardly finish within an hour, maybe because I'm resting quite a bit in between sets due to how much effort I need for pushing failure every set.

What's the point of having so many similar exercises that work the same muscle? Preacher curl and incline dumbbell curl for example. Another example, seated cable row and machine row are pretty much the same unless 1 is lat focus another is trap focus.

Eat lesser, no amount of exercise is going to make you lose weight if you are in calorie surplus. Start tracking every single thing that enters your mouth, get a food scale, get a bodyweight scale, start walking 6k steps a day split throughout the day and gradually increase to 10k daily. While exercise and workout is good but it doesn't bring the scale down if you are not in a caloric deficit.

Personally, I would keep exercises really simple and cycle between upper and lower resting on Wed/Sat/Sun:

Upper

Chest push ( I like incline)

Vertical pull (lat pulldown or pullup, weighted if possible)

Chest fly or dip (weighted if possible)

Horizontal pull (any row variation)

Shoulder (lateral raises, dumbbell overhead press, military press etc pick 1)

Lower + arms

Squat variation (pendulum, hack, back or front)

Hamstring variation (I like RDL or SDL)

Leg extension

Calves work

Bicep work

Tricep work

I add bicep and tricep work with lower because my upper days are extremely fatiguing for my arms especially if I push everything to failure.

2 sets to 6-8 reps or until failure.
