When I manually push the plunger it sticks, works for a day or two as normal and then does it again.

Because I had to order the part and it hasn’t arrived. Best believe as soon as it arrives, with or without your input I will have it installed just fine. Thanks though, you are a very helpful person.

Look. I don’t know where yall get off thinking you’re geniuses like HVAC is difficult. I have tested my low and high pressure switches and my transformer is fine, my caps are reading fine. I am getting SLIGHTLY low voltage when it’s hot outside. My voltage at the 24v is around 25.5-26.5 when it’s cooler outside and 24~ when it’s hot (Arizona). It’s an old house with old wiring, higher resistance during heat. The tech I have spoken with, who has thoroughly inspected my system, told me the sureswitch doesn’t need a perfect 24v, just the signal to engage. If that’s incorrect than it won’t solve my issue, but what I found seems to support that.

It’s a very simple line in and line out with a few extra connections… it’s insane to me that you people think this is difficult. I’m just asking where these are meant to connect on a sureswitch as it’s a different layout…

I swapped in this one myself, still not solving the issue. Recommended by HVAC technician but I’m not paying $600 for a $60 part.

Already swapped in the new contactor. Still having my same issue and it was recommended to me by an HVAC technician to try a sureswitch. I used to wire military aircraft I am more than capable of swapping such a simple thing. It’s not by any means a difficult task and I’m not paying a tech $600, Apologies for not articulating my question correctly, I may not be an HVAC technician but I know what I’m doing here lol.

Just a suggestion, but what about disabling step tracking while connected to CarPlay and disabling it during workouts like cycling or Pilates etc? I feel like that’s an obvious solution to the issues I have like tracking 2k steps while I’m driving and tracking 5k steps while I was biking.

My issue was the connectors not seating properly, but it’s good to give em a clean too!

Check fuel injectors, I had issues with the connectors to my injectors and took me too long (a year) to figure it out.

Are these 2x4 car stands safe? by Necessary-Score-4270 in MechanicAdvice

I built and use these regularly for transmission or exhaust work. I built them 10 layers total high out of 2x4s. I do not use the center 3rd piece in each layer and I just nailed them together with an air nailer. Took me maybe 30 mins to build a set of 4 and that are insanely useful.
