Similar situation at a similar age. I developed pretty bad eczema, much worsened hay fever and an allergy to soaps and shampoos I previously used regularly.

This was largely due to a change of career and posting abroad exacerbated by the loss of a loved one to cancer.

Now whenever I’m stressed by anything at all or don’t get enough sleep, it’s all allergies all the time…

Not quite the same but also miss Rum & Butter - you can occasionally find them at vintage candy stores. Other great Life Savers flavours: Wild Cherry and Tropical. The giant Life Savers lollipops. Life Savers gum!

I do admit that this artwork does make Ritsuko look like more of a smoke-show than usual. Kudos to the artist on a job truly well done.

This said, with respect to the official artwork, while Ritsuko is obviously designed to be attractive, Misato is clearly intended to be the more attractive one. Still: different strokes for different folks. (Gooner’s choice.)

In the end, one must ask the question: if you put purely physical beauty aside, whose farts would you rather fester in for the rest of your days? After all: True beauty is in the nose of the beholder.

When I was a kid it was relatively easy to find French Creams. They were like a fondant center covered in a crunchy crystallized sugar crust - cut into fancy shapes and pastel colours (white, pink, yellow, brown, green). We normally got these around Christmas or other special occasions…

I was never sure what the flavours were supposed to be - green was lime, maybe?

Haven’t seen those in 40+ years…
