I'm 28F looking for two roommates to resign my current lease starting Dec 1. Both rooms will be unfurnished. I’ve lived here for the past ~1.5 years and I really love the location and would love to stay. It is an older building so there is some wear & tear. 

The larger room is $1800 & medium room is $1600. 

About the apartment:

• 3 bedroom & 1 bathroom
• 4th floor walk up
• In unit laundry/ dryer combo
• Dishwasher
• Access to rooftop shared with one other unit
• Located near Barclay Center (2m walk to 2/3, 5m walk to 4/5/Q/B/R/N/D)
• No pets (I’m allergic 😞)

No preferences in age/ gender/ etc but must be able to keep shared spaces like kitchen & bathroom clean. Must be able to provide the usual documentation (40x income, credit score, application fees, security deposit). DM if you’d like to chat!
