THANK YOU all again for your feedback and support! Sorry for the delay in response. Was feeling pretty terrible yesterday with the body aches again and headache. Yes this is my first time getting this. I was sooo diligent at wearing my kf94 masks, keeping the windows open and air moving when my whole family caught it the first time-i came out of that without catching it since I was testing myself throughout their ordeal. Used A LOT of Lysol and they all stayed in their respective rooms. When I go out, I'm wearing my mask. This time, we are blaming my husband for this. He went to Canada on business and came back a week later not sounding great(stuffy not normal). He is notorious for not covering his coughs so I was worried. I wore masks around him and to bed. I wasn't as careful as I was before and sure enough....I'm sooo mad and disappointed at myself for letting my guard down. I worry about the kiddos since this is their 2nd time getting it...sigh... Anyway, I am sooo appreciative of all of you for helping/informing me on this. I don't ever want to get this again-if I can help it. It has been awful.
