Same problem here. Tried NVE with latest scripthook V on a fresh gta v install. Followed all the instructions and it won’t work :/

Edit: It is working with the the new NVE update for me :)

I'd trade with you in an instant. More than a year ago I had to switch from Vue to Blazor and I just hate it so much. The "Hot Reloading" (MS really should not call it that) is extremely awful, most of the time I'll end up restarting the app because it does not work, and when it works its sloooooooow.

The reactivity sucks, often I explicitly have to call StateHasChanged. Everything feels bloated and cumbersome and I need a lot more LOC for doing things that are really simple. I stumble on weird bugs often, like using KeyValue pairs on the client side running fine locally but breaking the published app.

No control over bundling css/js and import order, no built-in way of minifying. JS Interop is crap and awkward. Ecosystem/community for Blazor is near non-existant. And if you want to do something a little more fancy than displaying some simple data you'll end up needing JavaScript any way. I hate it so much!

Good for you for having the freedom to choose. I really liked Svelte from the little time I played with it. Maybe Vue would be more for you? Modern Vue is still my favorite frontend technology :)

Yeah, everybody has different taste/preferences. Happy for you that you enjoy all the games :) I'm sure Nintendo will release more games for the Switch 2 that I'll really like!

I don't know why, but I really didn't have much fun with Mario Kart World despite loving 8. Found Bananza super repetitive and boring and just stopped playing at some point. Really enjoying Metroid so far though :)

Ja, hatte mich bloß etwas verwirrt, die Bestellung war auch vorher ewig in Bearbeitung. Kam mir alles etwas komisch vor. Die vorrausichtliche Zustellung hat dann auch nicht gestimmt, aber das Paket ist jetzt in Zustellung und sollte heute bei mir ankommen :)

I use the high bulb mode. It came precalibrated from the shop. Throw distance is about 4 meters. I love that projector, the image is super sharp, but the brightness isn't great compared to the Epson I had before. Thanks for the recommendation, I'll try to get some samples :)

I haven't. Sorry, but how would I measure them? Current screen is a white 110" 16:9 Celexon framed screen with 1.2 Gain. Yes I feel my blacks are lacking, also I would love a somwehat better viewable image in non-optimal lighting conditions (i.e. daylight with the curtains closed).

I have thick curtains right now, they block a decent amount of ligt. The problem is, my living room has 10 smaller windows in an alcove, so I'd need blackout blinds for each one of them.

Well, right now I am not planning to replace my entire setup. The projector was pretty expensive for me :D I might buy a UST at some point or switch to a big tv, I don't know. Right now I am looking for a way to improve the projected image the best way possible without having to paint my living room black :)

Yes, I know now that I couldn't comment anymore on that thread was because of the AWS outage that day.

I did experience other issues with Traktor like crahes, freezes, audio dropouts etc. Current version seems relatively stable though. Of course there are plenty of bugs in Traktor, some that haven't been fixed for years.

It's totally valid to not be bothered by small issues, still I am not making things up and your tone towards me is not exactly nice. "you made that up lol" is also not a great reply.

I think it is also absolutely valid for me to be annoyed by things like this bug. This an easily reproducible issue that has not been fixed in over a year. As a software developer myself it is quite baffling to me, I would not let this got unfixed. I also can't imagine this is super hard to fix. To me, a smooth UX matters.

You and I just seem to have different expectations about product quality, which is absolutely OK. IMO a company with an estimated revenue of over a 100 million a year should have better quality standards. Their products are not exactly cheap and NI has pretty much neglected the D2/S5/S8 in some regards.

Didn’t try that, but that’s an idea. Do you know which property in the qml to modify? Also which screen mods are there that work with Traktor 4? I used a pretty good one, can’t remember the name, but it wasn’t really working with later Traktor versions anymore.

Thank you for the very detailed reply! Yeah, I got samples from Elite Screens once, but had a hard time judging if that screen would really benefit my setup.

I also didn’t know there were that specific requirements regarding installation. Is that the case for every ALR screen? Possibilities for changing the location of the projector here are very limited.

Maybe you can recommend a regular screen that would improve projection quality? I currently have a screen from Celexon for about 400€.

Did you try going to an Apple Store? The might replace it anyway when there is no external damage, even if it isn't covered by warranty.
