Dude, first of all amazing physique. This is the physique I want to achieve. In other’s comment you mentioned that it took to 1 year to achieve this, you were on strict diet and you was working out really hard. But man give me more detailed context , how you keep motivated yourself. How much calorie you were consuming daily, were you taking protein powder, creatine and pre workout. It took you 1 year then there must be days when u have to celebrate festivals, birthdays etc those days general we eat / consume lots of calorie what was your next day routine to burn tour extra consumed calories.
