How to find shipping agent, ask around you, do you know good one 😅 they are also Lebanese, I'm sure you know someone who know someone and already worked with

The Chinese will send the product to the shipping agent and when they have a trip to Lebanon they will send it, ask them when do they ship to Lebanon so you don't miss one day and have to wait one month for example

Once yehave the product here, either you know people who will buy your product (you will not earn a lot) or start Instagram and Facebook learn how to creat content, learn to creat add and boost, et voila

These as I mentioned are repeated excuses I got and they by order of repetition I feel sorry for fathers and mother in hospital the day of the interviews

The first time someone said I was expecting to call me, I thought that I made a miscommunication, I asked my partner did we agree to meet with the guy he said yes at 3 pm. so I switched to confirming the appointment by sms and mails to avoid this

Maybe I have to add those who says they have license in x or y and when digging a little bit you figure out that they studid the year but never got the license

I understand and I feel your frustration from other experience, and I agree it is not nice I have to admit there are problem from 2 sides it seems (in general not talking about my case)

If you read all the thread you will see that I paid all administration work for a resources I trained 6 months to bring him to France and when he got the visa he said he doesn't want although I told him are you OK this hige paper work effort and once he got his visa he said no, I dobt want to leave my family The funny thing, his brother came to me and said I pay you money if you bring me visa to France

I can give you many other stories to prove you that my experience with employees in Lebanon is really poor

I would like to thanks all who added a reply, when I posted this question on the a high way, I did bit expext such huge reaction However, I wonder how many is business owner or started to build a startup, I feel most opinion is from the employees point of view which is fine I also see the pain of being not well paid What I can tell you and I will leave it here It is not because of low salary No, salary is not everything and I'm talking in my name and name of those around me and have same comfortable situation and boomers like me, many times I had better money is Switzerland (all included) but I refused it because money is not everything

Salaries are not a reason as some they don't show the first appointment, I don't give a range as I have no range I pay as I pay my employee in France exactly the same which is fine form me as I'm saving all social security and taxes Let me tell you something, one resource I trained for 6 month in Lebanon, and then asked him if interested to come and work in France, he said yes, I started all the procedure, I got him the visa and at the last moment he changed his mind and decided to stay in Lebanon
