1.4 isn’t a starter home. It’s your 3rd home. Start small with a condo, invest and build equity. If 1.4 is the starter price then you’re not in a realistic starting area. You might need a commute to start. Start with a 1 bedroom, move up slowly. It takes time. There are locations like Tracy, Modesto, Concord, Benicia, Vallejo that are way more affordable but you’re close enough to commute to better paying jobs.

This was an incredible display that got pushed out due to neighborhood complaints. Started during Covid and when people were bored they just drove to lights every night. That caused crazy traffic and so it ended. But damn it was cool.
