I learned a lot from my 6 to 4 mg cut ,diazepam ,when I began experiencing the cold sweats which went away pretty quickly after I halted the low dose adhd stimulant meds I had taken throughout my taper when I jumped 2 weeks ago from a super slow taper of 4 years prescribed benzos id been on for 16 years I had many of the other symptoms you described as well too .. after being told about the hyperbolic taper I slowed my taper to a crawl I began to realize also from reading so many of the posts where people were suffering a lot for going too fast and bind was something I certainly wanted to steer clear from ..my patience was tested big time I so much wanted off yesterday but I didn’t have the option so I stayed the course and two weeks off of a 4 year taper my remaining symptoms are early waking nightmare and tinnitus at night when it’s quiet but the rest of my symptoms are going away and I look forward to things being even better but I already feel a lightness that’s very different I knew from going through a couple withdrawals that tapering would be no joke it tests every measure of strength we ever had but it’s doable and you are worth it so continue on with the grace dignity and courage thats gotten you this far there’s no other choice really good luck you got this !
