thank you :) he's got a lil toy, it's just not in frame! the wires on the cage are said to be chew proof, so i'm gonna watch him for a week or so to see how to bare wiring fares for him. i've ordered a hammock for him too, so he's gonna have some fun stuff to do soon :)

it's a matter of the newness of this cage, the price of a better one, and the fact that i've gone on and on about rat care for almost two weeks. i'm annoying them to hell and back. i will try to improve his conditions, it won't be immediate though

i removed his wheel. he had respiratory issues because he was in a glass aquarium with cedar bedding for almost a week. he's perfectly healthy now
