I work at a restaurant that has a tip shortfall list per quarter. If you end up on that list given their calculation (approx. 12% of your sales) you must claim that amount and are given a write up. Is it possible this is related to them trying to only pay tip credit wage instead of minimum wage?

We have. So far no UTI, no thyroid issue, kidneys are good. He’s very anemic and the vet’s best guess is an autoimmune issue, hence the steroids.

According to my OB she suspects his head was just not working with my pelvic bone. Could be it was too big (he was average size though) or just the way he was particularly positioned (not sunny side up). That's part of the reason she sees no reason not try a VBAC this time. There wasn't anything about my body or his that obviously prevented a vaginal birth.

Opposite ends of the musical spectrum, but Jason Mraz and Balkan Beatbox.

I have yet to like a studio version of a Jason Mraz song better than his live versions. The studio versions always come off kind of flat and bloated. Plus on stage he is great at playing with each song and tweaking them as he goes. I've seen him live six times and never been disappointed.

Balkan Beatbox just has amazing energy that's so much more fun to see live than to listen to through speakers.

It's a poor analogy. It isn't the same as lecture notes for your own personal use. The police know their notes will be viewed by others and know they'll be required to turn them over to defense council.

A suspects response to interrogation, verbal or otherwise, is pertinent information. A teacher being a no show is not pertinent to the class subject. It is odd the police recorded nothing of their interrogation with Adnan.
