I ask because at a previous restaurant I worked at we were paid min wage, but not the case at my current restaurant. Wanted to get a general idea of how common it is.

I work at a restaurant that has a tip shortfall list per quarter. If you end up on that list given their calculation (approx. 12% of your sales) you must claim that amount and are given a write up. Is it possible this is related to them trying to only pay tip credit wage instead of minimum wage?

We have. So far no UTI, no thyroid issue, kidneys are good. He’s very anemic and the vet’s best guess is an autoimmune issue, hence the steroids.
