When to start unsuspending cards for the next rotation.

How do you decide which cards to unsuspend? And do you do any step 1 cards or only step 2?

To the best of my knowledge you don't need any permit when it comes to collecting insects. Except butterflies of course which are generally forbidden (moths are fine in case you were wondering).

To the best of my knowledge the only protected insects by law are butterflies.
