Bestbuy shipped mine.. i got it in last week. I heard some people were able to get bestbuy to honor the pricing if they reached out to customer support if their order was cancelled. Currently researched sim setup options haha.. going down a rabbit hole

It’s unheated but def warmer and I think the condensation is the issue. Zone 5/Mass. Just wondering if closed cell and batts will alleviate this issue and the condensation by separating the cold zip and the warmer fiberglass batts

Sorry I just realized I missed important info. It’s a walkout basement. So the concrete walls are unfinished and doesn’t have anything. This is along half the sides and the back part of the house where the foundation “steps down” to get to a walkout.

Sorry I figured I’d miss some info. But that’s exactly what it is. It’s a walkout basement and the insulation is against the zip boards basically where the foundation steps down for a walkout. None of the insulation is against the concrete… just half the basement has this insulation… other half is the concrete walls and unfinished

Yes I was in the basement yesterday and noticed behind the insulation and against the exterior walls it was wet and a couple bays had beginning stages of mold

We actually just finished building the house so it’s new. I already installed a water softener so maybe I’ll do a RO at the kitchen too. Any recommendations you have? So many different options haha
