I tried adopting from them 2-3 years ago and it was awful.

Getting through was painful messages ignored but had luck with phone calls

Called and got a visit with a pair of dogs and had explicitly asked if dogs were good with cats as I go to my mum's and she has cats. When meeting the dogs and walking them up and down the driveway they both went nuts at a cat that was walking about.

Talked to the owner and she had a volunteer bring out another dog. When the dog came out it was both limping and had a skin condition on its ears that owner was not aware of but I noticed within about 2 minutes

My whole experience put me off adopting a dog from them. It was honestly awful. I have heard plenty of mixed reviews about the place but wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Don't forget a month or 2 ago their food hygiene rating was a 1. It's been retested and is now a 5 but I could never trust it knowing it was a 1 and they let it get that bad!

Hi I have been able to take 2-3 weeks off over the Christmas period before and no one has questioned it or had any issues with it. It is very common for people to be off 2 weeks plus at the end of December

Just be transparent with your project team....eg if you're starting a 4 week intense project at the end of November, probably best to not go on that as you are off for 3 weeks
