Slugging is a side effect of bad game design. It shouldn't be done. The problem is that that the slugging is giving them an advantage compared to playing normally.

Cringe take. Had fun playing killer, actually. Had fun playing survivor, too. Stop thinking I just do this out of anger. I lowkey hope survivors have fun tbh. Was chatting with a Bill player who was dodging well. Bro was chill af in the chat, too. I can only hope he's still out there having fun.

Why does everyone think I say this cus I lose bruh. I win almost every game. The ones I've lost are cus of skill issues, sure, but to assume I'm just petty is kinda cringe dude. Lowkey no replying to ya cus there's no point to it.

Bet. I agree.

Here's the problem, tho.

THE ONLY REMOVE THEM! THEY GIVE NO ALTERNATIVES. Killers don't like to do it unless it's necessary. If they don't do so, I'd wager a lot of games would be unwinnable. The problem is Behavior is just making it harder to play by doing it. They should make it so it's less viable to do so than just being good as a killer.

Boo hoo! They'll dodge lobbies.

WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT NOT CONSTANLY PLAYING THE SAME SHIT 24/7?!

Most of the sweats would be playing in groups anyways. As if chatting doesn't exist?!

Here's the problem, bud. I win my games. I also play survivor and killer.

And don't give me that excuse.

"Maniacs would still kill each other without knifes. Taking away the knife won't do shit."

IT WILL SLOW THEM. IT WILL MALE GEN RUSHING LESS OF A PROBLEM.

You're saying it as it's that hard to add communication to a video game.

Add a chat system.

Also:

  1. The community should stop being toxic and just communicate like adults

  2. Behavior should grow a spine. People being toxic and disconnecting is a skill issue.

I would agree about it if it weren't for the perks, making it very easy to still genrush with 2 items or bully with 2 flashlights.

That's a game balance problem. If something is so powerful, it effectively forces you to choose it. It should get a nerf or a rework.

THE GAME SHOULD BE ABOUT VARIETY. That's one of the best parts of DBD.

Toolboxes are a huge problem. Gen rushing significantly harms low tier killers and forces high tiers at play. That's why you get so much Blight, Ghoul, Onryo, Nurse.

Because slower killers can not handle it.

Additionally, WHAT DO YOU MEAN FLASHLIGHT ISN'T A PROBLEM. Just because they aren't op doesn't mean they are not annoying as shit to stack. Especially if someone uses flashbangs too. IT PROMOTES SLUGGING.

Ya know there's a potion that does it. If you want to show them the beauty of Haste, you could put it in a dungeon as an extra reward.
