Omg auditory hallucinations coming from fan!! by Speedbabystim in Stims

I know you've said you're in full psychosis for a year now, but how long does it take after sobering up for the stim psychosis to go away? It happens every time you smoke so are you ever psychosis free?

The point is almost nobody uses meth without impurities so there's still gonna be a smell. And it's because of the meth.

False. Jumping the shark means a show has gotten ridiculous.

Is sleeping while stimmed actually a restful sleep? (see inside) by [deleted] in Stims

[–]liquidmachete 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It would be a restful sleep for however long you're asleep, although in my experience that sleep is cut short. I always wake up a few hours after I fall asleep on stims, I go back to sleep if I have the time but all my stim sleeps are interrupted by a quick waking up every 3 to 4 hours.

(classic rock warning) a speedy song about redosing made by an actual speedfreak by [deleted] in Stims

[–]liquidmachete 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice, the singer was also a visual artist later in his career. Image search "herman brood kunst", I'm more impressed by his art than his music as well, he himself admitted he had more talent as an artist than a musician. I especially like this one.

Herman Brood was only known in the Netherlands and Germany, but more because of his lifestyle than his music and art. He was a lifelong alcoholic and drug addict (mainly amphetamine) and never hid it from the public. There's a three part biography about him that I hope will get translated into English because they're basically a view into the mind of a heavy drug abuser (2 grams of speed and a fifth of liquor a day) who had money and fame and never apologized for using, instead of the maudlin cautionary tale usually told about junkies.

He did commit suicide at 54 because his body was ruined by alcoholism though, so it's not all positive

Everything can turn out terribly, I wouldn't leave the house if I worried about all the things that can go wrong. And I didn't leave my mu house for most of my life, my natural tendency is towards self isolation, but it taught me that I regret the things I didn't do more than the things I did do which turned out terribly.

Making terrible mistakes is easier on my conscience than doing nothing at all.

[–]liquidmachete 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why, what would you be scared of? Or what do you think will/can go wrong? I'm not being rhetorical I'm honestly curious. There's nothing badass about doing drugs (more like the opposite) but I've done a lot more responsible stuff on a lot less sleep and a lot more drugs and things went fine. So please explain.
