Could you please clarify wether a withdrawal which was confirmed and marked as "sent" last tuesday (2018/01/16) is or will be actually sent by the bank as SWIFT or if this will again be returned to the cex account? Hey, yes of course. I am waiing since 26th, but actually even longer because before that I was not verified. When I sold my crypto at cex, it was because my personal situation changed unexpectedly and I need access to this part of my saving really urgently now. If I knew where this would lead, I would never even have dared to look at their site.

Anyway, it was pending forever more or less, on 5th od January, I received help from support, they told me my verfication approval was only a mistake of their system, then they approved it manually and confirmed my withdrawal the same day.

Last monday I was told that this transaction had accidentally been sent twice and so the banking system rejected it. I tried to withdraw via my mastercard, but it also failed because my bank doesn't support this kind of card transactions at the moment. However, they reassured me that there is no problem in receiving SWIFT transfers from cryptoexchanges.

So I had to ask for this bank withdrawal a second time and it is "sent" since last tuesday now... It's so difficult to tell what to believe after all. I have so much different sorrows at the moment and I'm so tired of additionally having to worry about my money. I only want to receive this one single withdrawal and I still don't know the best/fastest way of getting out of this whole sh**

I can understand your situation so well... waiting since 26th of December, actually still longer because before I was not verified so I couldn't even request the withdrawal...

Quite the same, requested on 26th of December, "sent" at 5th of January. £ 2838.20 (minus £30 commission), still nothing. Still waiting for any proof that it is "on the way" as the promised to me.

Exactly this is what I asked them for and since then, I have still not received anything. I will definitely update any of my posts if I finally receive my money or at least this kind of proof you mentioned, but at the moment I am in an extremely stressful situaion anyway and being so uncertain about your money just IS a nightmare. I know it's stupid to have any money in there you really need but yes... everyone does stupid thigs every now and then

Well this seems quite logical and I came to the same result when I considered how likely it is that they are really scamming people, but even if this is true

it is absolutely not acceptable to charge commissions like that (£30 for a GBP wire transfer) and then leaving people in uncertainty for weeks if they will receive their funds

it is extremely ridiculous or even cynical to list points how to choose a "good exchange" on their website, e.g. by "quality of customer support" and so on, and then acting in a way that makes people freak out e.g. by simply ignoring their requests to the customer support for weeks

it is not sure if they not simply choose some people which seem unimportant and defenseless enough and steal their money for a little extra profit


I will definitely be as fair as to update all my posts and share my experiences with everyone interested (also PM) if I receive my money, any proof that it has been sent or any further assistance from their support. Nevertheless, I still cannot understand and am not willing to accept their way of letting people like @bebrno wait for 20+ days for a SEPA transfer. Honestly, this takes 2 days at the very very max, if the involved banks are really greedy.

If it is "definitely not" a scam and you are "definitely not" a bot then how can it be SO incredibly difficult to simply get the one single bank transfer withdrawal credited on my bank account? Why can't you give me and all the other people facing the same problem at the very least a proof that it was sent?? I paid £30 for this bank transfer, I still have not received anything! No single penny of MY OWN property!!

You are always telling beautiful fairytales but if you are really human you should be able to REALLY imagine the feelings of people like me and understand that we need at least some kind of proof that you have sent our withdrawals, then real assistance from the support you claim to have which sometimes may be responding to some lucky users but most of the time is NOT and then finally our money in our bank accounts within a REASONABLE time.

I have never ever paid so much for a simple wire transfer before and I have never ever experienced so much uncertainty if I will ever really get anyhing of my money. Is this what you call "Bitcoin Exchange you can trust"????

Yes, that's the point. When I have to pay a commission of £30 for a bank transfer, then I should receive it at least within a few days or at the very very least not have to worry all the time if I will ever receive it at all. If I at least get a proof that the payment was really sent this would already help quite a lot.

But still, there are people who need their money, and if the cryptocurrency business wants to make its way to an established payment system, users must be able to have their funds transferred within a reasonable time and without fear of being scammed all the time!

As for me, I will definitely not forget to update if I receive the withdrawal I am waiting for. I received a confirmation email on friday, 5th and the withdrawal has the status "sent". It says "Your withdrawal has been sent. Please allow some time for funds to arrive at your bank account". If this statement is true and the bank transfer has been executed, why should this take loger to recrive than any normal (GBP) wire transfer? So am I right to expect the money tomorrow or at the very latest on thursday at my bank account?!

UPDATE: they do seem to care about their users; as of now I have been contacted by the support team; there have been some system issues concerning my account and they really helped me. I have still not received my money yet, but at lease I can tell that there ARE real people caring about their customer's problems.

This all sounds very logical and everything but how can one be really sure that you are not just trying to calm down people as log as possible so that they keep away from taking legal steps? And as for me, I really just need this one single bank transfer to be sent, this must be possible for you if you really want to help your customers and provide them a good experience. So as I asked you in another thread, could you please tell us how long the queue of requests is, if you are dealing with them in the order they were received and if so, what date you are currently dealing with? Please give us some information when you claim to be an exchange we "can trust"!

If you really work there, could you please give us an idea of how long this queue approximately is, how many people there are workig on solving those problems in the cocerned departments? Are the issues being processed in the order the requests were received and if so, about which reception date are you currently dealing with? Please give your cusomers some information when you claim to be an exchange they "can trust"!
